Thomas Clay Robinson Jr.

Thomas Clay Robinson, Jr. 45 of Chapel Hill passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday morning, August 7, 2025 First Presbyterian Church, 414 Sunset Road NW, Wilson.

Clay is survived by his mother, Agnes Cherry and husband, Dr. William G. Cherry III; sisters, Gentry Robinson Buchan and husband, Sanborn, Jane Scott Pearl Robinson, and Margaret Cherry McRae and husband, Stewart; nephew, Thomas Sanborn Buchan, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Clay Robinson.
