Timothy Ray Luper, 38 of Rocky Mount passed away Saturday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate.
Timothy is survived by his sisters, Susan L. Tanner and husband, Ryan of Rocky Mount, and Lisa Luper of Cary; niece, Nicole Tanner of Raleigh; nephew, Ti Tanner of Rocky Mount; great nephews, Landen Tanner, Jaxon Rigsbee, and Koda Morgan all of Raleigh.
