Troy Morrison Walker

Troy Morrison Walker, 64 of Wilson, passed away Friday, September 4, 2026.

A Celebration of Life and gathering of friends will be held Wednesday, September 16th, from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Pkwy, Wilson.

Troy never met a stranger, and was always there to help anyone when needed. He was a baseball fan, and loved the Dodgers. He and his wife are members of Peace Church.

He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Deborah Walker; stepson, Jacques James and wife, Shay; sister, Elaine Downer and husband, Joe; brother, Jim Walker and wife, Elize; mother-in-law, Evelyn Dudley; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Troy and Silvia Walker.
