Viola Mae Fry Bowman, 51, of Knightdale passed away Saturday. A graveside service was held 4 p.m. Sunday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Ray Wells officiated. Viola is survived by her husband, Thomas “Tom” Bowman; her daughters, Tabitha Harris and Kayla Baker; her son, Jesse Baker; her step-daughters; Danielle Bowman and Samantha Bowman and her grandchildren, Kourdell Walton, Jakie Harris, Jazlyn Harris and Brooklyn Taylor. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mrs. C.A. Thompson, 1207 Peachtree Road, Wilson, NC 27896. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
