William Hubert Biggs, Jr. November 14, 1940 – December 24, 2020 William Hubert Biggs, Jr., 80 of Elm City passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mobley Cemetery, Bear Grass Road, Williamston. The Rev. David Taylor will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. William is survived by his wife, Elba Medina Biggs; sons, Robert Daniel Biggs and wife, Dee of Kenly, David Lawrence Biggs of Bailey and Billy Len Biggs and wife, Dale of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Phillip Biggs, Derek Biggs, Rayne Biggs, Avynne Biggs, Jessica Biggs, Madison Biggs, and Noah Biggs; great-grandchildren, Donovan, Elijah, Tyler, Obie and Adam Biggs; and his sisters, Jane Gray Benson of Williamston, and Lucy Sauls of Wilson.
