William "Willie" Roney White

William “Willie” Roney White, 71 of Wilson passed away Tuesday.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson.  Donald Walston will officiate.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 12 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Willie is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; daughter, Tina Bass and husband, Ted of Wilson; granddaughter, Amber Clary and husband, Matt of Wilson; great-grandson, Grayson Clary of Wilson; step-grandsons, Cody Bass and Ryan Bass both of Lucama; sisters, Ellen Baldridge and husband, Don of Durham, Angie Banask and husband, Jim of Raleigh and Pam Mundra and Neal Duff of Raleigh, and his brothers, Tim White of Wilson, Stewart White of Morehead City, and Eddie White and wife, Lisa of Apex.

He was preceded in death by his son, Roney Lee White, and his parents, Roney and Kathy White.
