I was shocked and saddened to hear about our neighbor Billy. He and I shared a love for our dogs and and we would often chat when we met on walks about our 4 legged friends. He was a good man and I will sure miss him.

Billy was my first supervisor when I started at PCSD in 1978. Billy taught me so so much about photography and about being a law enforcement officer. Rest in peace my dear friend . I will miss you.

Billy was my Sergeant when I first came to PCSO. He was one of the most knowledgeable men in the field of Forensics I have ever known, before or since. We fast became good friends and shared many a meal together. He will be deeply missed.

I was sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I met him a couple of years ago at BoJangle's at Bells Fork (with the BoJangle's crowd) and always enjoyed our conversations. Billy was a good man. You have my heartfelt condolences! Laymond
